Acupuncturist for fertility, conception, and women's health

Women’s health is the focus of my practice.

The mission of YinBloom is to educate, empower and support women through the hormonal transitions of life, ranging from menstrual disorders, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.

I believe in partnering with patients to support your body’s own self-healing abilities. Understanding that in addition to treating symptoms or your main health concern, we also address the root cause of disease and disharmony.  I want women to feel like they are more than a diagnosis or lack thereof and to know they have control over their health complaints.  Whether that is correcting hormonal imbalances, alleviating symptoms or getting pregnant.

I offer a natural approach to women’s health, combining acupuncture, Chinese herbal therapy and nutrition/lifestyle counseling. As a Chinese medicine practitioner, I understand that each patient has a unique pattern of symptoms that requires a unique and individualized plan of care.

My interest in gynecology and fertility began ten years ago when I experienced profound changes of my reproductive cycle with the use of Chinese medicine, which deepened my understanding that cycles are integrative, adaptable and self-healing if provided the right environment.

I am passionate about educating and empowering women to understand and heal their bodies providing a therapeutic and compassionate environment to connect with each patient using a gentle and effective acupuncture style.

I hold a Masters Degree of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) from Pacific College of San Diego. I am a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Colorado and board certified as Diplomate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. My interest in holistic medicine practices started while earning my BA in Contemplative Psychology from Naropa University.

I have been working in complementary healthcare for the past 12 years and specialize in the treatment of women’s health and fertility.

With considerable knowledge of and a deep respect for the complexity of the female reproductive system, I strive to empower women to understand their gynecology and fertility from a position of self-awareness, compassion and curiosity.
